The fully automatic sample counting instrument is suitable for counting seeds of various crops such as corn, rice, wheat, soybeans, sesame, vegetables, as well as seeds of melons and vegetables. It can also be used for fast and accurate counting of small workpieces, pearls, medicinal grains, and other items. In addition to the traditional counting function of the particle counter, it also has automatic rotation and sampling (12 cups), automatic weighing, and automatic printing and recording functions.

9. Rotating multi station design: After the current cup counting is completed, it will automatically jump to the next cup, which can continuously drop materials during the bagging and placement process, improving work efficiency.

10. Pause function: allows pausing during the counting process and resuming counting or restarting after recovery.

11. Built in deceleration program: After each cup approaches the set number of grains, it will automatically decelerate and count to prevent material inertia from affecting accuracy.

12. Adjustable Particle Counting Disk Speed: The automatic particle counting instrument of the sample type has infinite speed regulation function, and the counting speed can be adjusted.

13. Beep alarm prompt: beep once after counting each cup, beep once after counting all the pills, and beep six times in case of malfunction. Facilitate users to constantly perceive the operational status of the instrument.

17. Status display: Display the current working status of the instrument: not started, counting particles in progress, paused, counting particles completed, etc.

18. Data recording: The measured data can be automatically recorded and saved, including variety name, measured grain number and weight, thousand grain weight, counting time, and testing time.

19. Data printing: Embedded thermal adhesive printer, automatically prints data. The printed label data can be directly pasted onto the seed packaging bag.
