ATP Bioluminescence Detector; Virus and Bacteria Detector; Microbial Pathogen Detector; Food Microbiology Testing Instrument

Short Description:

This device is a fully upgraded product featuring a large touchscreen display that replaces traditional buttons. It employs a biochemical reaction method to detect ATP levels; based on the principle of firefly bioluminescence, the ATP fluorescence detector utilizes the "luciferase-luciferin system" for rapid ATP detection. The ATP swab contains reagents that lyse cell membranes, releasing intracellular ATP to react with specific enzymes in the reagent and generate light. A luminometer then measures the light output—which is directly proportional to the quantity of microorganisms—allowing the ATP level to clearly indicate the amount of microbial and biological residue in the sample and thereby assess sanitary conditions.

Graphic introduction

Product Overview:

This device is a newly upgraded model featuring a large touchscreen display that replaces traditional buttons. It uses a biochemical reaction method to detect ATP levels. The ATP fluorometer is based on the pC produce light. A fluorometer is then used to measure the luminous intensity. The microbial count is directly proportional to the luminous intensity. Since all living cells contain a constant amount of ATP, the ATP content clearly indicates the presence of microorganisms and other biological residues in the sample, making it suitable for assessing hygiene conditions.

Instrument Applications:

ATP fluorescence detectors are widely used in various industries, including bacterial and microbial testing, healthcare, food safety, market enforcement, surface cleanliness testing, medical and epidemic prevention, water quality and water management, production line hygiene, industrial water treatment, environmental protection testing, customs and entry-exit quarantine, and other law enforcement agencies.

Instrument Features:

Practicality — Upper and lower limit values can be set according to environmental testing requirements, enabling rapid data evaluation, early warnings, and rapid screening of surface cleanliness.

High Sensitivity — Detection accuracy ranges from 1×10⁻¹⁵ to 1×10⁻¹⁸ mol ATP

High Speed — Conventional culture methods take 18–24 hours or more, whereas ATP detection requires only about ten seconds.

Feasibility — There is a clear correlation between microbial count and the ATP content within microorganisms. By measuring ATP levels, the microbial count in a sample can be indirectly determined.

Operational Ease — Traditional culture methods require operation by trained technicians in a laboratory; in contrast, rapid ATP cleanliness testing is very straightforward and can be performed on-site by general staff with minimal training.
